And here I have the next opportunity! This time I fully appreciate your ideas :D The clear orthogonal lines have a great effect for the composition and the wide space compared to the small objects creates the right divine feeling.
I'm just imagining how much you improved that picture by making it black and white. Generally, I'm not the kind of guy who favors B/W over color because "it always looks cooler", but here it's applied very thoughtfully as the colors (probably tons of blue ;)) would disturb that clean arrangement and distract from the light effects which convey the message here (at least to me).

Well, starting with the B/W... I'm not a B/W guy, for sure. I love colors and the effects of their combination. But in this picture, i really took it for a grey conception. I really like this photo and I consider it one of my best ones. It's divine, it's simple, it's calm, easy to understand (and so is not the religion :P).

Now I really want you to keep on discussing my pictures. It's always a pleasure. Thanks! :D

Yeah, exactly the reasons why I like it so much, too! It had a great impact on me :)
I know I'm not a professional critic or something alike and I certainly won't be able to comment every picture, but if I feel like I could express a useful opinion, I will try not to sound too amateurish ;)

Don't try anything, just keep on commenting ;)

How're the rallies there? :)

You're right, I'll just let the words flow ;)
Sadly, I haven't been following the rally action since the semester started, it somehow got lost in all the work.. that's why I'm quite happy now about your reminder, time to get into it again :)
